• 1. Eligibility for Return

  You may return the product within 14 days of receiving it if the item has a manufacturing defect. A manufacturing defect refers to any issue that occurred during the production process, such as poor craftsmanship or faults in the materials used. Please note that returns will not be accepted for damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or other external factors.

  2. Return Shipping

  Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your product is defective and eligible for return, you will need to arrange and pay for the shipping back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

  3. Return Process

  To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@mowersmartsolutions.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

  Requirements for Return:

  • The product must be in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
  • Products that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or used outside of their intended purpose are not eligible for return.

  4. Resolution Options

  Once we receive the returned product and verify the manufacturing defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Repair the defective product.
  • Replace the defective product with a new one.

  Please note that refunds are not offered as part of our return policy. If a replacement is unavailable, we will provide further instructions on how we can resolve the issue.
